• Providing introductory information to new customers
• Follow up for shipment status to customers
• Update customer regarding order status and delivery
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
• Receive orders and process orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from any majors
• Fluent in English
• Communicative and able to work as a team, able to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
